Cancellation Policy: All reservations may be cancelled at no expense upon 48 hours’ prior notice to check-in time. Cancellations made between 48 hours, but prior to the check-in date, will be charged a $25 flat fee. Cancellations made on the check-in date will be charged the full day rate and for multi-day stays, the first day rate only.
Pet Policy: We accommodate dogs in our pet friendly designated rooms, with a limit of two dogs per room, and a $25 charge per dog per day. No other animals are permitted. Dogs may not be left alone in the room at any time, and the Solvang Inn and Cottages is not responsible for any pet that escapes the room or goes missing. All pets must be kept on a leash while on the premises.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is one of our top priorities. If the information we collect from you is used for any purpose other than your accommodation at the Solvang Inn and Cottages, we will disclose this to you in writing. We will protect your personal information by reasonable security safeguards and commit to follow rules and regulations to ensure, to the best of our ability, that your personal information is safe and secure.
